Refund requests must be submitted through Go Trip Tours & Travel with valid booking/payment information.
Visa processing fees, embassy fees, government fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Air ticket cancellation or refund will be processed according to the airline's fare rules and applicable penalties.
Hotel and tour package refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
If a service is cancelled by the customer, applicable cancellation charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

A visa refusal does not automatically make service or third-party fees refundable.
Once a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be returned through the applicable payment method.
